Voodoo Dolls Dancing by Sheryl St. Germain

Brand new member Sheryl St. Germain was born and bred in New Orleans, LA. Both her beautiful art quilts and her books are for sale at Kobo Gallery.

St. Germain’s art is often inspired by themes from her native city such as jazz, Mardi Gras and voodoo.

The Mardi Gras event she organized at KOBO on February 21 drew a crowd of artists, customers and people who wanted to eat King Cake.

Her quilt, Voodoo Dolls Dancing will be shown at the QuiltFest, Greenville, South Carolina April 20-22, 2023.

Another quilt, Voodoo Dolls Frolicking in the Banana Leaves will be shown at Savannah’s Sulphur Studios in March 2023. Both quilts are hand-dyed and printed, hand and machine quilted on cotton.
